Nigel Denning Grad Dip Psych, MPsych, MAPS, MASH.

Nigel Denning is a counselling psychologist specialising in relationship and performance.  He has worked with a broad range of people including high achieving individuals ranging from top level athletes, corporate executives, professionals and performers over the last 10 years in private practice.  Good relationship is the key to life quality: creating balance in life activities and allowing for long term sustained success.  Good relationship begins with the self and extends to others:  professionally, socially and intimately.  Nigel works with individuals, couples and groups, helping people generate a deeper understanding of themselves and their environment.  He uses a range of traditional psychological skills including current evidence based techniques and applies them to what are very often quite complex issues.  Nigel’s approach is person centred and growth oriented: he provides a space in which people can explore themselves and their potential, understanding the perennial knowledge that healing and awareness comes from within.  Nigel has established and run clinical programs for anxiety, anger, trauma, mindfulness and relationships.  He has taught and presented in a number of forums.
